We become your in-house recruiter. This means whenever you have a vacancy, just contact us and we will assume responsibility for generating the advertisement and culling the unsuitable candidates. We will get to understand your business and staff preferences, compatibility wise. We are solely motivated by presenting an accurate short-list.
- We offer a fast turnaround time. We are available within 24 hours of being contacted to commence the assignment. Then after a half-hour brief the advertisement will be listed. It’s that simple.
- We charge a fixed and known rate. The fee is determined at the start of our engagement and is a fraction of the placement fee charged by agencies.
- We recruit at all levels, for all industries. Remuneration as low as $40k up to as high as $200k plus.
