Responsibilities can  include:

  1. Perform administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, both in electronic and physical formats.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
  5. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork, setting up workstations, and providing necessary information and resources.
  6. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  7. Greet visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  8. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
  9. Collaborate with team members to support various projects, including conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
  10. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Our Screening service

  • Obtain a brief from you by completing our standard brief sheet. 
  • We will check our database to see if we can refer candidates to you without advertising. 
  • If we need to advertise, we will prepare and lodge an advertisement. 
  • Within 24 hours of receiving an application, email and text the applicant with the screening questions. 
  • Evaluate the responses and determine who should be referred to you. 
  • Talk to applicants who call direct. 
  • Email you the cv and responses to the screening questions on recommended applicants. 
  • On your instruction, arrange interviews for you and the applicant(s). 
  • Obtain your hiring decision and make the offer to the selected applicant. OR you can do it. 
  • Advise unsuccessful applicants.
